1. General Provisions
1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that TranslatorAuction.com (hereinafter - the Online Marketplace) can receive about the Users while using the services and functions of the Site.

4. Ways, Conditions for Processing the User's Personal Data and Transferring It to Third Parties
4.1 The Online Marketplace processes the Users' personal information in accordance with this Policy and internal service regulations.
4.2 Processing of Users' personal data is carried out by the Online Marketplace in automated and manual ways by maintaining databases.
4.3 The Users' personal data retains its confidentiality, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access.

4.4.5 In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Online Marketplace or third parties in cases when the Users violate the User Agreement.
5. Changing the Users' Personal Information
5.1 The Users can change (update, supplement) their personal information at any time by using the editing function in their account.
5.2 The Users can also delete personal data provided by them in the account using the account editorship function.
6. Measures Used to Protect Users' Personal Data
6.1 The Online Marketplace takes necessary and sufficient organizational, legal and technical measures to protect the Users' personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, deletion, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as against other illegal actions of third parties.
